1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use NohTV, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Meta Horizon subscription, purchase, and entitlement data: when Meta Horizon platform features indicate that you purchased, subscribed to, trialed, or are otherwise entitled to use NohTV or a related feature, we may process records that show access status such as active, inactive, paused, expired, or trialing, along with plan or feature identifiers, activation dates, trial dates, expiration dates, and timestamps needed to manage access.
- Meta Horizon and device activation data: when the app activates, links a Meta purchase, or syncs with our services, we may receive or create identifiers and device details such as installation ID, device unique identifier, device name and model, operating system, platform, language, app version, hardware and display information, public IP address, local IP address, MAC address, user agent, and related request metadata.
- Account and support data: if you create an account, request help, or contact us, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, password, PIN or confirmation token, and support message content.
- Content source and integration data: if you add your own IPTV or playlist source, we may process playlist URLs or files, server URLs, usernames, and passwords. If you choose to connect a cloud storage provider, we may also process the tokens and account metadata needed to access that provider on your behalf.
- Diagnostic and usage support data: if you send logs or use support and troubleshooting features, we may receive log messages, device labels, app names, and technical context needed to diagnose problems.
We collect this information directly from you, from your Meta Horizon device when it communicates with our backend, from Meta Horizon platform features made available to us for purchase, subscription, and entitlement management, and from records we create on our backend while operating the service.
2. How We Use Information
- To verify Meta purchases, subscriptions, trials, and entitlements and determine whether a user should have access to NohTV or related features.
- To provision devices, link purchases, generate setup codes and tokens, and operate the NohTV service.
- To connect to the content sources and cloud services that you choose to use.
- To respond to support requests, send account emails, and troubleshoot service or device issues.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Processors and Service Providers
Yes. We use service providers that may access Meta Horizon User Data and/or Device User Data on our behalf.
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud Firestore: used to store user records, subscription and access records, device provisioning records, logs, and related service data.
- Zoho Mail / SMTP services: used to send account emails and route support requests that you submit to us.
- User-directed integrations such as Google Drive or Dropbox: if you choose to connect these services, they process the files, tokens, and account information needed to provide that connection.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
- We share information with the service providers listed above only as needed to operate, secure, and support NohTV.
- We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with an enforcement request.
- If you connect an external provider such as Google Drive or Dropbox, data is also handled according to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Retention, Access, and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Please include: the email address, PIN, installation ID, or device identifier associated with your NohTV use so we can locate your records.
What we will delete: upon request, we will delete or de-identify the account, device provisioning, support, and subscription or access records that we control, unless we are required to retain specific information for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
Important: deletion of records we control does not automatically delete records kept by Meta, Google Drive, Dropbox, or other third-party providers in their own systems.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information we process, including HTTPS for data sent to our backend. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version in the app, on our website, or both.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NohTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
10. Use of Service
You may use NohTV for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
11. User Account and Access
You are responsible for safeguarding your login information, PIN, connected providers, and devices used to access the service. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or linked device identifiers.
12. User Content and Sources
You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the IPTV sources, playlists, credentials, files, and other content that you connect to or use with NohTV. NohTV does not supply channels or third-party content.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use NohTV for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or content.
14. Intellectual Property
The NohTV service, excluding content provided by users or third-party providers, remains the property of NohTV and its licensors.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or where suspension is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NohTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the service.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
