This Privacy Policy explains what data the Spatial Recording App uses, how that data is handled, and the controls available to you.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Our App requires specific permissions to function. Here is how we handle that data:

  • Camera and Microphone: The App accesses your device's standard camera and microphone to capture audio and video. This data is processed in real-time to create your recordings. We do not upload, stream, or store your camera or audio feed on any remote servers.
  • 3D / Headset Camera: To provide spatial recording functionality, the App accesses the "Headset Camera" (3D/Passthrough) data. This data is used exclusively for local video encoding. We do not collect or share any biometric or environment mapping data.
  • Storage Access: The App requires permission to read and write to your device's media storage to save recorded videos and allow you to manage them (delete/view) within the Library.
  • Internet Access and Support Enquiries: If you choose to use the "Help" section to send a support enquiry, we collect the information you voluntarily provide:
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Message Content
    This information is sent to our secure backend (https://nohtv.shop) solely to assist with your request and improve the App.

2. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Video Files: All videos recorded by the App are stored locally on your Meta Quest headset. You have full control over these files.
  • Support Data: Any information sent via help enquiries is encrypted during transmission (HTTPS) and is used only by the NahomPromotion support team. We do not sell or share your contact information with third-party advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not include third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs. When you choose to "Open in Folder" or use a system chooser to play a video, you may be interacting with other applications on your device which are governed by their own respective privacy policies.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

  • Local Data: You can delete your recordings at any time through the App's library or the device's file manager.
  • Support Data: If you wish to have your support enquiry or contact details removed from our records, please contact us at the email address provided below.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App or on our official website.
